What each type is for

Type	Use when
Pop rivet	General sheet work, one-side access, light to medium load
Aluminium rivet	Aluminium sheets, weight and corrosion matter more than peak strength
MGP rivet	Stack thickness varies — one multi-grip rivet covers a wider grip
Structural bulb	Higher load; bulb on the blind side spreads load and resists vibration
Mono-lock	High-strength structural joint in steel or stainless, dome head

Match rivet body to the sheets (aluminium rivet in aluminium; steel/stainless mono-lock in steel). Grip range must cover total thickness. Hole ≈ rivet diameter. Ask us for the grip chart and material before production.
